RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with stake holders to understand their work and where they see improvement opportunities.
- Lead the feasibility evaluation and impact of automation.
- Architect and design automation solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility.
- Design, develop, test and deploy high quality and resilient automations.
- Demonstrate automations to stake holders, support training, and provide operational support.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot as needed.
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate creative ways of applying automation tools.
- Mentor and lead less experienced team members and provide technical training as needed.
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices to support automations.
- Explore new technologies and techniques such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to keep pace with industry and improve automation delivery.
- Champion the use of Agile principles and practices to build a culture of trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery within the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5+ years of technical experience supporting project delivery or product development
- Minimum 3+ years developing and supporting attended and unattended bots using a major automation platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and/or Automation Anywhere
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- UiPath Advanced certification
- Knowledge of developing bot on UiPath Citrix Environments.
- Hands on Experience on Robotic Enterprise Framework
- Development Experience for UiPath Custom Activities.
- Extensive Knowledge of AIFabric/AI Center, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
- Github source code management
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- CSS selectors and Xpath
- .NET / C# application development
- SQL / Snowflake / PostgreSQL
- Agile delivery environment AWS
- Knowledge of PHI Healthcare Automation
- Understanding of software architecture and design
- Communicate effectively with Stake holders and team members
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
