- Development of training management system to automate all training modules.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs by consultation with line managers.
- Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new/existing employees.
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
- Facilitate Employee Development programs as needed.
- Developing testing and evaluating procedures for measuring training effectiveness.
Essential Requirements:
- At-least three years of proven experience in Training & Development/ Training Management System.
- Strong verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
- Leadership and strong management skills.
- Mentoring and interpersonal skill as well as energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
