MTO - Content & Partnerships

Oladoc is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) specializing in Content and Partnerships to spearhead content creation and partnership development for Fit by oladoc. In this role, you will produce engaging food and lifestyle content that highlights Fit’s calorie and nutrition tracking features in real dining environments. Additionally, you will leverage this content to establish and nurture collaborations with restaurants and cafés throughout Lahore, helping to expand Fit’s presence and impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Create original short-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, showcasing Fit’s AI Meal Scanner and Zoya AI Health Coach. The content should meet the quality standards suitable for publication on oladoc and Fit by oladoc’s public platforms.
- Develop innovative content concepts, hooks, and formats, and execute shoots on location at various restaurants and cafés across Lahore.
- Identify potential restaurant and café partners, initiate contact, and manage the onboarding process, maintaining strong relationships from initial outreach through to active collaboration.
- Support partnership initiatives with creators, fitness trainers, and gyms, while keeping detailed records of all partner activities and engagements.
- Utilize AI tools throughout the content production process—including scripting, voiceover, post-production, and outreach—to efficiently produce scalable content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to continuously improve future releases.
- Regularly contribute fresh ideas for content and partnership opportunities on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated strong creative instincts with a clear understanding of what makes video content engaging, shareable, and suitable for social media platforms.
- Confidence and ease in front of the camera, coupled with proficient video editing skills to complete the production process independently.
- Practical experience and working fluency with AI tools such as Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, and Runway.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, with the ability to professionally engage and negotiate with business owners.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Availability to work full-time for a minimum of three months, fully on-site in Lahore, including participation in field shoots.
