Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant financial, economic, and market data to support analysis.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns, and prepare concise research summaries.
- Assist in validating data, maintaining accurate records, and documenting findings.
- Support the team in updating and managing datasets to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and insights based on research outcomes to aid strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. Fresh graduates with a major or minor in Statistics are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of research experience in the relevant industry are also suitable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; knowledge of SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills to clearly present findings and collaborate within the team.
