MTO-Finance

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for the Accounts & Finance department. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting, financial operations, and reporting within a dynamic organization. The role involves working closely with the finance team to support various accounting functions and develop a strong foundation in financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and financial operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and voucher preparation processes.
- Support bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Help maintain financial data using Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
- Perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned by the department to support overall operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, such as BBA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
