AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) specializing in MIS to support its new projects. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their skills in project coordination and management information systems within the construction industry. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, contributing to effective project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to collect, consolidate, and maintain construction project progress data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, project dashboards, and conduct planned versus actual progress analysis.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, pending activities, and execution delays to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and performance records to support management in decision-making and project planning.
- Manage project databases to ensure data integrity and availability for the project team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year, preferably in project coordination or MIS roles.

Additional Information
