MTO Purchase

Diamond Group of Industries is looking for a highly motivated and career-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Purchase to join our Procurement team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in procurement and supply chain management. The successful candidate will support the purchasing function by assisting with procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials, all while working closely with internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities following company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Prepare quotation comparisons and support the overall procurement process.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchase requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
- Assist in vendor coordination and evaluation processes.
- Provide support to the Purchase team in daily procurement operations.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience in Procurement or Supply Chain will be preferred.
- Strong academic background with a genuine interest in procurement and supply chain operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
