Are you a recent graduate eager to launch your career in SAP, Data, and Analytics? DataGraders is offering an exciting opportunity to join as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – SAP Analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants on enterprise-level analytics and reporting projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of SAP Analytics solutions and enterprise reporting projects.
- Support data analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Work with various data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation and presentations for client engagements.
- Continuously learn and apply SAP technologies and analytics best practices to support project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analytics concepts, databases, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL is considered a plus.
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Excel, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Fundamental knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, and data modeling principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn SAP technologies and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Good communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
