MTO Systems Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Systems Engineer to join our IT team. Key Responsibilities

- Systems & Application Support: Assist in configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting business applications and BPO systems, including CRMs, dialers, ticketing platforms, and other enterprise software.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and application issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Infrastructure Support: Support the IT team in maintaining servers, workstations, networks, telephony systems, and other technology infrastructure components.
- BPO Technology Support: Gain hands-on experience with contact center technologies and help ensure system availability and reliability for operational teams.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and assist with preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, understand user requirements, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, system records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base materials.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in liaising with IT vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders for technical issues, maintenance, and system requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to organizational IT security policies, access-control procedures, data protection practices, and compliance requirements.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency through automation, process optimization, and effective technology use.
- Learning & Development: Participate in structured training, technical projects, and cross-functional assignments as part of the MTO development program.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, systems, infrastructure, networking, or application support.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN), system administration, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or enterprise applications, and basic knowledge of VoIP and telephony systems.
- Awareness of cloud computing platforms and fundamental cybersecurity practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high learning agility, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic operational environment, including rotational or assigned shifts when required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Internship, academic projects, or practical exposure to IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or technical support.
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, automation, or enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of AI-driven IT tools, automation solutions, or BPO technologies is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications or coursework such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials.
- Academic or personal projects involving networking, system administration, scripting, cloud computing, or application support.
- Basic knowledge of scripting, automation, or programming concepts is a plus.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is Rs 1.00 to Rs 2.00 per month.

Work Location
This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated office location.
