MTO Technical Audit

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for its Technical Audit Department, located in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the technical integrity and compliance of equipment, machinery, and operational facilities across various company projects. This position requires hands-on involvement in conducting audits, supporting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with technical teams to address any identified issues. The role is based in DHA Phase 8 and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough technical audits of equipment, machinery, and operational facilities across company projects to ensure compliance with standards.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and perform compliance checks to minimize operational risks.
- Identify and document technical issues, providing detailed reports on findings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit and inspection records for reference and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate effectively with technical teams to facilitate timely corrective actions and improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a technical audit or related field.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary range: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000.
- This is an in-person role based at the company’s office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
