Update data of venders on regular basis
Obtain / receive list of required materials and services from Project Management through Procurement Manager upon start of the project
Obtain/receive schedule of quantities and time
Obtain / receive specifications, nominated sources and specific details/ methodology
For materials, obtain samples and quotation, and make comparative statement submittals for approval
For services obtain profile of prospective sources
Carry out comparative financial and technical analysis of the proposals received
Receive feedback from Project Management through Manager Procurement
Upon clearance form or commence with Project Management process order placement after price negotiation and technical clarification
Obtain clearance on financial conditions of the order from Finance Department through Manager Procurement.
