• Deliver agreed financial targets for the region. Develop, update and manage sales plan to deliver business targets.
  • Agree, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets and be accountable for the overall team performance. (E.g. volume, margin, growth, brand activations, customer and premium products.)
  • Be accountable for team development and arrange appropriate training to achieve agreed development goals and improve competencies 
  • Provide regular performance feedback to team members and conduct/facilitate the performance management process. Set, monitor and act upon Key Sales Indicators to motivate and  manage staff.
  • Ensure that team and self, work within agreed authority levels with credit management, pricing and debt to ensure that there is minimum risk to the Company.
  • Ensure to record all customer interactions and that they are accurately captured in the appropriate systems.
  • Ensure subordinates act within strict Health & Safety guidelines leading by example and be responsible for proactive HSE issues that may impact themselves, the office or customer environments.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of key competitors in the segment and to understand their strengths and weaknesses in order to exploit new business opportunities.
  • Look for opportunities for business development
