- Acquaint with the products features being distributed by Tech Sirat as well as the competing brands, VIZ., benefits, prices, pack sizes, etc.
- Plan daily schedule to visit marketplace as per PJP to make quality calls and keep up-to-date information regarding stock and POS availability at the respective depot.
- Secure appropriate sales orders from assigned dealers & retailers, as per shelf availability, product demand, product movement and company sales plan.
- Review and analyze the availability of stock at the designated outlets and effectively carry out merchandising activities, as per the guidelines to improve product display.
- Increase market Share & Outlet Share through Developing Excellent Relationships with Customers and innovative Ideas / Taking initiatives / Out of the Box Thinking.
- Review previous periods’ sales performance of various outlets and suggest changes for further improvement according to the market dynamics and trends.
- Ensure compliance of pre-defined credit policy. Make collections of receivables accordingly.
- Responsible for the submission of daily call report according to the sales plan specifying collection of receivables, order booking and delivery.
