Multi Branch Manager

This role involves overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of multiple branches within the Rawalpindi area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial management, quality assurance, team leadership, and exceptional customer service. This position demands a proactive leader who can maintain high standards, drive profitability, and foster a motivated workforce while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Branch Supervision:
Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and performance across all assigned branches. Conduct regular, unannounced branch visits and operational audits to ensure smooth functioning and consistent service delivery. Uphold strict adherence to brand standards, product quality, portion control, and speed of service according to established SOPs.

Financial Management & Profitability:
Oversee operational budgets, daily sales targets, and cost control measures to maximize branch profitability. Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, wastage reports, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize leakage. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, upsell products, and increase customer footfall across branches.

Quality Assurance, Health & Food Safety:
Ensure compliance with local health regulations, food safety laws, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines, including those set by the Punjab Food Authority. Supervise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, pest control schedules, and cold chain/inventory management to prevent food spoilage or contamination.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead Branch Managers, Shift Supervisors, and kitchen/front staff to create a motivated and productive work environment. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, schedule planning, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Identify skill gaps and coordinate ongoing training programs focused on customer service, food preparation, inventory handling, and leadership development.

Customer Service & Incident Resolution:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing severe customer grievances and operational escalations. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing corrective action plans to enhance overall brand reputation.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in multi-branch operations management within the food and beverage or retail sector.
- Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements and managing budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations applicable to the region.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
