Multi Branch Manager

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple branches within Rawalpindi, ensuring that each location runs efficiently and meets established standards. The position requires managing staffing, operational performance, and customer service while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance through budget management and cost control, lead and develop branch teams, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Branch Supervision:
Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and overall performance across all assigned branches. Conduct regular, unannounced branch visits and operational audits to ensure smooth functioning and consistent service delivery. Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, including product quality, portion control, and speed of service according to standard operating procedures.

Financial Management & Profitability:
Oversee operational budgets, set and monitor daily sales targets, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability. Analyze profit and loss statements, wastage reports, and operational expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and reduce financial leakage. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, upsell products, and increase customer footfall.

Quality Assurance, Health & Food Safety:
Ensure compliance with local health regulations and food safety laws, including hygiene standards and guidelines such as those set by the Punjab Food Authority. Supervise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, pest control, and cold chain/inventory management to prevent spoilage or contamination.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead Branch Managers, Shift Supervisors, and kitchen/front staff to foster a motivated and productive work environment. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, schedule planning, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Identify skill gaps and coordinate ongoing training programs focused on customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and leadership development.

Customer Service & Incident Resolution:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing severe grievances and operational escalations. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing corrective action plans to enhance the overall brand reputation.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-branch operations management, preferably within the food and beverage or retail sectors.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing cost control measures.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations applicable to the region.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
