A leading Chinese technology company is seeking experienced Multi-Vendor Telecom Wireless (RAN) Engineers and Team Leads across Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in multi-vendor telecommunications wireless infrastructure, working with Huawei, Nokia, and/or Ericsson equipment across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G (GUL/NR) Radio Access Networks. This role involves managing complex wireless network deployments and optimizations, ensuring high-quality rollout and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise teams of wireless deployment and RF optimization engineers to achieve rollout targets and meet project milestones on schedule.
- Oversee the development of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for wireless radio networks, including cell site dimensioning, hardware configuration, and RAN connectivity such as BBU, RRU, and AAU mapping.
- Manage site configuration, commissioning, and integration of NodeB, eNodeB, and gNodeB platforms with the core network infrastructure.
- Analyze RF Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including drop rates, Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), throughput, and latency to optimize network coverage and capacity.
- Coordinate activities with equipment vendors, subcontractors, and internal operator departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize digital deployment tools like Huawei ISDP to monitor acceptance quality reports and facilitate automated site delivery processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecom, or Electronics Engineering, with the terminal degree attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Hands-on experience with Huawei BBU3900/BBU5900, RRU, and AAU hardware platforms.
- Proven expertise in multi-vendor RAN integration involving Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, or Nokia base stations.
- Experience in network swaps, Single RAN upgrades, spectrum refarming, or commercial rollouts of 5G NSA/SA technologies.
- Proficiency with Network Management Systems (NMS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS), specifically Huawei U2020 and MAE platforms.
- Strong understanding of RF propagation principles, link budget calculations, massive MIMO, beamforming techniques, and IP backhaul integration.
- Experience working in Field Maintenance (FM) and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments, preferably with major Pakistani operators such as Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or PTCL.
- Demonstrated ability in nationwide field and project deployment management.
- Excellent analytical thinking, project management skills, subcontractor negotiation capabilities, and professional communication.

Experience Levels:
- Junior Engineer: 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Senior Engineer: 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Team Lead: 8 to 15+ years of relevant experience.
