Multimedia Designer - Part Time

TAG Solutions (TAGS) is seeking a part-time Multimedia Designer to join their on-site team in Lahore. This role involves creating and refining a variety of multimedia assets such as graphics, videos, animations, and web visuals that align with brand guidelines and project needs. The designer will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to understand creative requirements and deliver engaging digital content for web and mobile platforms. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with the expectation of reliable availability during agreed working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, short video clips, animations, and motion graphics for presentations and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling assets.
- Develop digital assets optimized for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and user-centered design principles.
- Prepare and format files for various platforms, maintaining consistency across all visual materials.
- Iterate designs quickly based on feedback to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently within a part-time schedule, maintaining attention to detail and time management.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in multimedia content creation, including audio-visual production and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in video production and basic editing, with the ability to craft engaging visual stories.
- Expertise in graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, and image editing.
- Experience in web design with an understanding of responsive and user-centered interfaces.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver clear, visually appealing concepts and final assets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio showcasing multimedia design, graphic design, and video work is mandatory.
