Multimedia Instructional Designer

The FRED Co., a multidisciplinary hospitality organisation based in Lahore, is seeking a Multimedia Instructional Designer to join their team full-time and on-site. Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline.
- Transform existing paper-based training materials, manuals, and assessments into mobile-responsive digital learning experiences accessible on phones, tablets, and computers.
- Design professional presentations, training manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), learner workbooks, and facilitator guides.
- Create interactive learning activities, assessments, and practical job aids to support effective learning.
- Apply instructional design principles to produce visually engaging and pedagogically sound content.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner enrolments, training assignments, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee training-related content on the company intranet, ensuring it is accurate, well-organised, accessible, and regularly updated.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all learning materials and resources.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning content production, including presentations and document development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline is mandatory.
- Proven ability to convert traditional classroom and paper-based training materials into engaging, mobile-responsive digital courses.
- Experience in LMS administration, including course publishing, learner management, and training progress reporting.
- Experience managing and updating content on company intranets or internal knowledge platforms.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent written English skills, with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
- Ability to work with existing content and transform it into structured, engaging learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Video editing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- The position is primarily office-based in Lahore.
