Multiple Remote HR Recruiters

One Stop BPO is seeking multiple remote HR Recruiters to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to source and screen qualified candidates specifically for call center closer positions. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial part in identifying experienced sales closers, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the interview and training stages. This position offers flexible working hours and a performance-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates with relevant call center sales experience.
- Identify and engage experienced closers to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track candidates’ progress through the interview and training process to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide updates and support.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for call centers or sales-related roles.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow up reliably throughout the hiring process.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules and recruitment needs.
