Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is responsible to identify and generate sales opportunities through calling. The sales development representative's duties include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Development Representative have to perform the following responsibilities;

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and avail existing opportunities.
Creating new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Schedule appointments and demos.
Setting up meetings with potential clients, planning things in the light of their wishes and demands and creating and delivering presentations on services.
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
Negotiate deals and handle complaints.
Gather feedback and share with internal teams and collaborate to achieve better results.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
