Musanna Technical is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager with at least 8 years of experience to oversee the companys finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections to support the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires preparing detailed project-wise financial feasibility studies, cost analysis, and profitability evaluations to ensure project success and sustainable growth. In addition, the manager ensures strict adherence to tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance, minimizing risks and optimizing financial performance. The Finance & Accounts Manager plays a critical role in maintaining efficient accounts receivable and payable processes, managing bank and account reconciliations, and overseeing robust financial controls. This position involves coordinating internal and external audits to uphold transparency and compliance with accounting standards. Providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management enables informed decision-making and strategic planning across various projects. While this role does not involve team management responsibilities, collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders is essential to execute financial strategies effectively.
Responsibilities

Manage overall finance and accounts operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Develop and prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections aligned with company objectives.
Conduct detailed project-wise financial feasibility studies, including costing and profitability analysis.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies to mitigate risks.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
Perform bank, account, and general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, responding promptly to audit queries and implementing recommendations.
Monitor project financial performance regularly and report deviations or risk areas to senior management.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports to provide transparency and actionable insights.
Provide financial analysis, advice, and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Maintain and optimize the use of accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations.
Implement and maintain strong financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of data.
