MuSharp is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Team Lead with extensive experience in WordPress and Woocommerce to lead our frontend development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing optimized high-speed e-commerce websites on Woocommerce and have good knowledge of web accessibility. They should also have experience developing websites on theme builders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the frontend development team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are translated accurately into web pages.
- Develop optimized high-speed e-commerce websites on Woocommerce
- Ensure web pages are optimized for search engines and meet web accessibility guidelines.
- Develop websites on theme builders, ensuring consistency and scalability across all projects.
- Collaborate with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in frontend development with a strong focus on WordPress and Woocommerce with a minimum of 4years of experience.
- Experience leading a team of frontend developers for 1+ years.
- Proven track record of developing optimized high-speed e-commerce websites on Woocommerce
- Strong knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and best practices
- Experience developing websites on theme builders such as Divi, Elementor, or Beaver Builder
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
