Key Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years of providing desktop support in a corporate environment
• Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
• Knowledgeable in the troubleshooting of both hardware and software in a Windows environment
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of Computers, mobile devices and other tech products
• Basic troubleshooting and escalation of DHCP, DNS, WiFi, VPN and other network issues
• Provide remote user support
Basic Requirements :
• Must be a graduate in Engineering / Computer science from a reputable institution.
