Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Manager with experience in the petroleum industry.
The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gas station and convenience store, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
The Shop Manager will report to senior management and will be located in multiple cites.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the petroleum industry or in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and customer service, with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
