The Music Teacher will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging music education to students. This role involves developing students’ musical abilities through vocal and instrumental training, fostering creativity, and encouraging self-expression. The teacher will create lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels, organize rehearsals and performances, and prepare students for various school events and competitions. Maintaining a positive and disciplined classroom environment is essential, along with identifying and nurturing individual student talents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons that cater to student needs and abilities.
- Teach vocal techniques and/or instrumental skills such as piano or guitar, depending on requirements.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the age and skill level of students.
- Organize classroom activities, rehearsals, and musical performances.
- Prepare students for school events, assemblies, and competitions.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
- Identify talented students and provide personalized guidance to enhance their skills.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Collaborate with academic staff to coordinate event planning and performances.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Music or relevant formal training is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching music, preferably in a school setting.
- Proficiency in vocal training and/or playing musical instruments such as piano or guitar.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- A creative, energetic, and student-centered teaching approach.
