The purpose of this consultancy is to produce a high-quality, evidence-based, technically robust, and donor-compliant project proposal that strengthens early detection, referral pathways, diagnosis, treatment access, and social protection for children with leukemia and serious pediatric illnesses in AJ&K.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a detailed situational analysis of childhood leukemia and serious pediatric illnesses in AJ&K, including disease burden, health system capacity, referral pathways, and social protection mechanisms.
Identify barriers to prompt diagnosis, referral, treatment, and follow-up care.
Assess the suitability of school-based awareness and referral through existing and upcoming education Programmes.
Develop a detailed financial model with beneficiary estimates, unit costs, and scenario-based budgeting.
Prepare a complete donor-ready technical and financial proposal package.
- The consultancy agreement is subject to a satisfactory reference check of the Consultant from previous organization or employer.
