The Creative Designer is Muslim Aid UK's dedicated in-house designer and the visual engine of the Growth Department. Based overseas and reporting to the Product & Campaigns Senior Officer within the Product & Campaigns team, the post-holder turns campaign propositions, programme stories and fundraising asks into highquality, on-brand creative that inspires Muslim communities to give, engage and stay with us for life.
The role serves the whole of Growth. It designs across the full supporter journey: seasonal and emergency campaigns (Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah and Qurbani, Muharram, Rabi ul Awal, Winter and rapid-response appeals), the signature product portfolio, paid and organic social media, digital advertising, website and email, community and mosque fundraising packs, High Net Worth and corporate materials, TV and live appeal graphics, and brand and communications outputs. It works closely with the Social Media & Content Officer, the overseas Digital Content Creator, the Digital & Influencer Marketing Senior Officer, the Marketing, Communications & PR Officer and the Fundraising, Supporter Relations and Programmes teams, alongside external agencies.
The post-holder is central to delivering the MAUK Growth Strategy, in particular the Product Goal (compelling, programme-based storytelling and signature products for each priority audience), the Channels Goal (optimised online and offline marketing touch points) and the strategy's call for a refreshed, trusted brand identity that is applied consistently across every audience, channel and market.

• Design communications outputs with the Marketing, Communications & PR team, including impact reports, contributions to the Annual Report, press and statement graphics, and advocacy visuals.
• Produce TV and live appeal graphics (lower thirds, donation straps, bank details and QR screens, presenter slides) for channel partners.
• Maintain an organised, searchable digital asset library of designs, templates, photography and brand files.
• Brief, review and quality-check creative from agencies and freelancers to ensure brand and quality standards.
