Store Keeper

Mustafa Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth warehouse operations. The Store Keeper handles the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining accurate records using stock management software. This role requires strong attention to detail to verify incoming shipments, maintain proper stock levels, and ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently. The position is ideal for someone with experience in inventory control and materials handling, who can support Mustafa Traders' supply chain by keeping stock organized and accessible. The Store Keeper does not manage a team but works closely with procurement and logistics personnel to coordinate timely deliveries and stock replenishments. The role involves regular use of stock management systems to track goods and generate reports as needed. This position plays a crucial part in minimizing stock discrepancies and supporting the overall operational efficiency of Mustafa Traders' inventory processes.
Responsibilities

Receive incoming goods and verify their quality against purchase orders.
Organize and store materials in designated locations ensuring safety and accessibility.
Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management software.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and report critical inventory needs.
Prepare goods for dispatch and assist in loading and unloading activities as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage facility to promote efficiency.
Generate inventory reports to support operational decision-making and audits.
