Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, confident, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our sales team for a Our Project in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for high-end beachfront and resort properties. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, Project.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
- Manage end-to-end sales process including inquiries, negotiations, booking, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on qualified leads.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project features.
- Provide clients with investment advice and assist in closing profitable deals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving high-value property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle both local and overseas clients professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Honest, professional, and well-mannered personality
