We are looking Production manager who has min. 10-15 years experience in particular confectionery industry. candidate should have good skills in reporting and communication skills as well. candidate should have at-least bacholar degree in relevant field. Candidate should have good command as per below JD's. preference will be given to only confectionery relevant industry experience candidate only.
Job Description:
- Plan and Draw Up a Production Schedule
- Decide on and Order the Resources That Are Required and Ensure Stock Levels Remain Adequate
- Set the Quality Standards
- Organize Production Relevant Workflow to Meet Specifications and Deadlines
- Determine Amount of Necessary Resources (Workforce, Raw Materials Etc.)
- Monitor the Production Processes and Adjust Schedules as Needed
- Monitor Productivity Rates and Product Standards and Implement Quality Control Programme
- Organize the Repair of Any Damaged Equipment
- Ensure to Maintain Every Machinery Log Book
- Ensure That Health and Safety Guidelines Are Followed at All Times
- Supervise and Motivate a Team of Workers
- Review Worker Performance and Identify Training Needs.
- Ensure Output Meets Quality Standards
- Ensure to Submit Daily Production (Frying, Extruder & Packing) Report Along With Labour Strength
- Ensure to Submit Production Efficiency Report on Daily Basis to Higher Management
- Ensure to Submit Daily Wastage Report of Raw Material Along With Finish Goods
- Report to Higher Management Accordingly
