Store Skeeper

Mwm Textile is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Skeeper responsible for managing and overseeing the daily inventory and stock activities within the store. This role requires a hardworking and organized individual who can accurately maintain stock records, ensure the smooth handling of materials, and uphold cleanliness and order in the storage area. The ideal candidate has experience with stock control and material handling, possesses basic computer skills, and is committed to maintaining proper documentation and inventory accuracy. The Store Skeeper supports the efficient operation of the store by handling incoming and outgoing materials, assisting with stock counts, and preparing inventory reports. This position demands strong organizational skills, punctuality, and a responsible attitude. The candidate does not manage a team but works collaboratively with other staff to ensure stock availability and accurate record-keeping that aligns with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily inventory and stock records to ensure up-to-date tracking of materials.
Manage Store In and Store Out processes efficiently, including accurate recording of entries and exits.
Verify and receive incoming items, ensuring they meet quality and quantity specifications.
Issue materials and items as required by various departments or production needs.
Organize and maintain proper documentation and records related to store operations.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
Assist in performing stock counts and physical inventory reconciliations periodically.
Prepare detailed daily and weekly stock reports to provide visibility into inventory status.
Utilize basic computer applications, particularly MS Excel, to support data entry and report generation.
Maintain honesty, punctuality, and reliability in all job functions and interactions.
Communicate effectively to coordinate with other departments and manage store supplies accurately.
