Field Listing Assistant

My Relations is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Listing Assistant to join the team in Islamabad for a 4-hour-a-day role (20 hours per week). This role is field-based and requires visiting local markets, retail areas, and commercial hubs to connect with shop owners, brands, and businesses. The primary objective is to onboard and list these merchants onto the company’s digital platform, helping expand the platform's reach. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment, demonstrates excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and is self-driven to achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets. The Field Listing Assistant will work independently in navigating Islamabad’s commercial areas, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining accurate digital records of visits and onboardings using mobile devices. A valid motorbike license and the ability to ride a motorbike are essential due to the nature of the role. This position requires punctuality, responsibility, and a focus on target achievement rather than team management duties.

Responsibilities

Visit different local markets, commercial hubs, and retail areas across Islamabad daily to identify new businesses eligible for listing.
Engage shopkeepers and local brand representatives, effectively communicating the benefits of the digital platform to encourage their participation.
Guide merchants through the step-by-step listing process to ensure smooth onboarding onto the platform.
Achieve and maintain daily and monthly targets for merchant onboarding as assigned by the company.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all field visits and merchant onboarding activities using a mobile smartphone for data entry.
Maintain strong knowledge of Islamabad’s market geography to efficiently plan routes and maximize daily outreach.
Demonstrate punctuality and responsibility in all field responsibilities and reporting duties.
Utilize negotiation and communication skills to build trust and encourage merchants to join the platform.
Operate smartphone applications proficiently to capture merchant information and update records in real time.
Manage time effectively to prioritize daily tasks and visits for maximum outreach and efficiency.
