This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore is for an n8n Automation Expert. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining n8n workflows that automate recurring business and training processes. The expert will integrate multiple tools and data sources to boost digital productivity for internal teams and clients. Daily tasks include analyzing existing workflows, translating business requirements into automation logic, configuring nodes and triggers, testing and optimizing automations, and documenting solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration with training, operations, and technology teams is essential to identify automation opportunities, improve reliability and performance, and ensure compliance with security and data-handling standards. The role also requires supporting users, monitoring automations, troubleshooting issues, and continuously enhancing workflows based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain n8n automation workflows to streamline business and training processes.
- Analyze current workflows and translate requirements into effective automation logic.
- Configure automation nodes, triggers, and integrations with various tools and data sources.
- Test and optimize workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Document automation processes clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve existing solutions.
- Ensure automations comply with security policies and data-handling standards.
- Provide ongoing support, monitor workflow performance, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Continuously update and enhance workflows based on user feedback and changing business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in process automation, specifically designing and implementing workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data flow errors in automated workflows.
- Ability to design and execute test cases to validate automation functionality and alignment with business requirements.
- Experience with quality assurance practices including validation, regression testing, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration of SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, CRM, LMS, and productivity platforms.
- Proficiency working with JSON, basic scripting or low-code logic, and data transformations within automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business processes into structured workflows.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
