Purpose of the Post
The assignment has the following objectives:
To enhance the effectiveness of the key component of the overall project services i.e “Management Information System (MIS)”.
Specific Activities
- Under the supervision of the MIS Director, and as a member of the PR office team, participate in the implementation of Global Fund project activities.
- Giving online support and maintenance to users of NZMIS remotely.
- Ensuring the quality of data entered by data entry operators at remote sites.
- Developing analytical features in NZMIS according to the needs of the program.
- Coordinating with MIS Director to create new reports and features in NZMIS according to the program's needs.
- Giving training of NZMIS to potential users of the system.
Key Requirements:
- Develop and maintain broad knowledge of MIS systems and related technologies for the Implementation of policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Data verification of MIS with hard forms.
- Develop and maintain an Inventory management system.
- Have experience working on Microsoft stack and 3-tier architectures.
- Must have experience working in dot net framework, 4.5, and dot net core.
- Must have experience working in server-side programming languages C sharp, and Php
- Must have experience working in HTML, Jquery, XML, Javascript, and JSON.
- Must have 3 years of experience in Vue Js and ES6.
- Must have 5 years of experience in Laravel and Php.
- Must have experience with HighCharts, AmCharts, GoogleCharts, and other Chart libraries.
- Must have experience in developing and using web services.
- Must have experience in control version systems including git and Github.
- Must have 3 years of experience in Angular Framework.
- Must have experience working in database technologies SQL Server. Can develop database, stored procedures, functions, and complex analytical queries.
- Must have a strong background in Microsoft Server management and Server maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of Backup restoration and automatic backup management.
- Must have experience working in generating reports.
- Have knowledge of using chatting software and remote access software.
- Demonstrated flexibility and openness in responding to changing work priorities and environment
- Hands-on experience in working on customized software/applications would be considered an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal communication and good writing skills
- Willing to travel extensively
