Job Description

The HR Assistant is expected and required to:

  • Maintain the Personnel & Job File for every position as per instructions given by the supervisor
  • Ensure documents required in personnel files are complete and also manage other files related to HR activities.
  • Responsible for tracking leave days of all the employees as per HR policy. Ensuring all leave days and other leaves are reflected on the timesheet.
  • Track and update daily attendance record of employees..
  • Ensure updated leave record of all the employees is properly maintained.
  • Assist in HR functions including recruitment, selection, orientation, exit interview & clearance as and when required.
  • Assist in preparation of salaries by compiling timely staff status report.
  • Handling all day to day administrative issues in timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide assistance in dealing with health insurance.
  • Serve under the direction of supervisor to process daily HR activities in efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintenance & filing of all incoming & outgoing memos, emails, & other HR & Admin related correspondence.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor


Good Computer Skills (Ms. Office), Good Business Communication Skills, Efficient in troubleshooting
