The Named Account Manager role based in Islamabad is a critical position focused on managing and driving direct sales within a portfolio of strategic Named Accounts. The primary objective is to develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services. This role involves building strong executive relationships with key buyers and influencers to support the sales process. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and statements of work. Negotiating favorable business terms that foster long-term partnerships is also a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate enterprise business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle through to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets as agreed with management.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and providing accurate forecasts.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned accounts to influence purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and sustainable client relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience targeting Fortune 2000 major accounts, with a strong track record of quota achievement and career stability.
- At least 3 years of experience selling enterprise network security products and services.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging both executives and individual contributors effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and independent thinker with the ability to drive deals through the entire sales cycle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a competitive, hunter-type mentality.
