Job Description

Receiving and screening incoming calls and visitors.

  • Accommodate visitors, clients and job candidates 
  • Record, file and track all outgoing and expenses & receipts.
  • Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities
  • Procure office furniture and supplies 
  • Maintain inventory of office stationery
  • Assisting the HR & Admin units to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Supervising Junior Office Staff.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your CEO
  • Ensuring that the office is clean, and safe for all to operate in.
