Narrow Web Flexo Printing Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of five years in narrow web Flexo printing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating and monitoring Flexo printing machines, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining consistent color standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Flexo printing machine efficiently throughout production runs.
- Ensure proper printing quality and maintain color consistency across all printed materials.
- Inspect raw materials and finished prints to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine cleaning to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Adhere strictly to production schedules and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in narrow web Flexo printing.
- Proficiency in operating and monitoring Flexo printing machinery.
- Basic knowledge of printing quality standards and machine settings.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work on-site.
