Naseem Apparels, a well-known specialized garments brand with a national presence is looking for an experienced Production Manager who can oversee our Production Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day work related to Production and Production Staff
- Create, maintain, and update all the Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with HR for appointments, promotion, and termination of personnel, and with other departments + Managers for the smooth running of all production lines.
- Communicate with Production Staff/Workers, and act as a bridge between Management and Staff,
- Execution of Production Planning + Control
- Implementation of Company Profile
Requirements + Skills
- Deep knowledge of Production Management and
- Proficient in basic software and ERP
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Possess result driven approach and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Understanding of fabric construction, Dyeing techniques, garment constructions, etc.
