The candidate will be responsible for;
- Ensuring end to end production process
- Plant & equipment maintenance
- Labor handling & Legal Compliance
- Warehousing
- Product dispatches to branches.
- Management Reporting.
- Follow-up with warehouse, Plant Logistic, Quality control for materials [raw, and auxiliaries etc. availability and release.
- Responsible for the preparation and revision of SOPs, BMR.
- To ensure the timely availability of dispensed material for the manufacturing and timely availability of Bulk for filling, to contribute towards increased efficiency and productivity.
- To avoid the batch re-processing with no batch failures.
- Responsible for the validation and trail run of new Products, Raw material.
- To manage work force to achieve production targets with effective utilization of labors & machine resource.
- Training of staff.
- Proper storage of material.
- Material Reconciliation with ERP system.
- To ensure that the Batch Production Record & respective log books and Labeling are filled in real time and accurately.
- Ensure on time CAPA, HSE audits, & CGMP inspection and DRAP Inspection.
