- Interior site supervisor's purpose is to monitor the project progression and keep each venture on schedule as per customer requirements and professional needs.
- Responsible for coordination, supervise, monitor and control of renovation and interior design related works·
- Ensure optimal quality on multiple job sites at one time.·
- Responsible to prepare proposals/reports for the sites, site measurements, contractor bill checking.·
- Responsible for supervision of the activities of the site including receiving materials, checking quality of materials and checking quality of work.
- Responsible for coordinating with architects and structural consultants, calculating BOQ, coordinating with the contractors, fixing small site issues etc.·
- Responsible to prepare daily report, keep all site records and documents in order.
- Must meet deadlines on priority given by CEO.·
- Purchasing of any site will be done in advance with proper calculation (including row material & electrical if described)
- Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at site.
