- Reviewing the general business climate for the branch and adjusting staffing, materials, and inventories as needed to boost up sales;
- Ensuring customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality of service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to customer needs;
- Following up on all customer inquiries and concluding successful sales deals in a timely manner;
- Maintaining stocks and prices of products according to pricing as set forth by the head office;
