Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in English, Math, and Science that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse student needs.
Manage classrooms effectively to create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and performance observations.
Communicate student performance and behavioral progress to parents and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to design and implement engaging lesson plans and teaching strategies.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required information.
Support a culture of continuous learning and professional development by participating in school meetings and training sessions.
Encourage student participation and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills within the classroom.
Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational regulations.
