One of Pakistan’s Fastest Growing Bread Companies is looking for an ambitious, purpose driven and motivated accounts officer.
The incumbent will have to perform specific job duties:
- Enter all the production, return, sales, expense, goods received data in the quickbooks enterprise software
- Make sure all the entries are reconciled with physical stock (Raw Material as well as finished) and physical cash in hand on daily basis
- Prepare general ledger
- Make monthly pay roll
- Update accounts receivable and payable in the software
- Do financial analysis on monthly and weekly closing
- Prepare weekly budgets and do required analysis as asked by senior management
- Update BOM’s based on new input rates, prices
- Make Income statement, Cash flow statement and other required financial analysis on weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare any financial document as required for banking transactions
- The incumbent must be able to work with quick books enterprise software and should have good understanding of financial concepts. The ideal candidate must have minimum 4/5 years of experience as an accountant / accounts officer. Minimum required qualification is B.com with 4 – 5 years of experience. Candidates having ACCA / M.Com or MBA (Accounts and Finance) would be preferred.
