Responsibilities:
Coordinate with local logistics partners for cash collections for confirmed orders.
Maintain and track payment information using Nazdeeq system for collected amount from customers.
Track local shipments and work with logistics partners to assure timely deliveries.
Dispatch shipments from local warehouse to end customers.
Work with customer service team to answer customers questions about payment and shipment deliveries.
Analyze and troubleshoot basic and complex issues surrounding the systems and business processes of the organization
Provide recommendations for systems and process adjustments to streamline operations
Work closely with executive staff to establish portfolio scorecard and project plan visualization standards
Assess and track all risks and issues. Work with technical and product leads to define the impact, probability and mitigation plan for all risks
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties partners for the flawless execution of key strategic projects
Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant business experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in using spreadsheets
Strong organizational, dependency-management and coordination skills to get things done in a fast paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills and experience working with highly varied teams
Proven ability to persuade and communicate to partner teams to ensure success of project
Executive-level effectiveness in analysis, presentation, synthesis, and summarization of multiple viewpoints
