We are a Real Estate Company looking for smart and energetic Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate in our , who will be responsible for managing the sales department, staff planning, and evaluating department activities, social media marketing strategy etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting sales products
- Establishing a new business with investors
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience working in a business role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
