Female Receptionist Required

Job description:

  • To attend the telephone calls.
  • To greet to guests and arrange the meetings with concerned officials.
  • To receive incoming mails and dispatch accordingly.
  • Coordination with HR Department regarding interviews.
  • Coordination in arranging meetings.
  • Manage all administrative affairs for the office of the CEO.
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with other units, departments and staff.
