NCRI is looking for Collections/Recovery Officer for its Islamabad office. Collections specialists are responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Devise payment plans and increase contactability with the debtor.
- Act as a liaison between debtors and clients, manages overdue accounts.
- Maintain trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Collections agent or Debt Recovery in banking sector.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Skilled in negotiation.
- Patience and ability to manage stress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree.
