- Ensure the recruitment services in liaison with HR turn into an effective and profitable business module for the Company.
- Crisp understanding of global recruitment practices and trends
- Able to meet revenue/sales/business development targets assigned on a quarterly basis
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units and stakeholders.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies that ensure business module is successful.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Ensure Service branding that in return assists in promoting business
- Understands HR Operations and challenges.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
