• Ensure the recruitment services in liaison with HR turn into an effective and profitable business module for the Company.
  • Crisp understanding of global recruitment practices and trends
  • Able to meet revenue/sales/business development targets assigned on a quarterly basis
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units and stakeholders.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies that ensure business module is successful.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Ensure Service branding that in return assists in promoting business
  • Understands HR Operations and challenges.
  •  Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
