Give directions on daily basis to BDE and BDM for sales cases
Take follow up from BDE and BDM on daily activity
Do directly follow up from potential clients
Do directly follow up from all cases, give extra attention on cases where competitor is more active
Arrange demos from BDE and BDM
Visit potential clients with BDE and BDM
Assign BDE to visit new clients
Reply to clients email in concern of meetings, demos, technical query, support query, customer service etc
Sent reminders email to client in concern of demos, meeting and finalization of sales
Coordinate Sales team, Software Support Head, Software Development Head and Hardware Support Head or Support Desk for timely installations and complete task as per client requirement
Coordinate all departments for resolving of issues on clients
Remind BDE or BDM for follow up for payments
Arrange one day in a week with each BDE tom visit potential clients
Meet to clients, who visited office for demos and meeting etc
Focus and spent more time and effort on big projects
